*How Rotten! adds a new infection mechanic from zombie mobs to the game!
Features (All Configurable)
Zombies have a chance to infect players. Zombie mobs use the entity tag "how_rotten:zombies" so you can add compatibility with other mods. The chance to get infected by default is 40% but can be configured.
Infection Effect. Slows players and forces them to eat rotten flesh. (Other foods can be add through the how_rotten:zombie_food item tag) The infection can spread through entities and players that attack each other.
When an infected entity, including players, kills a villager it turns them into a zombie villager. Can be toggled in the config.
Antidotes can be brewed with a Golden Apple and a Weakness Potion. They can be made into splash potions and lingering potions to cure zombie villagers or infected mobs and players!
New weapon, baseball bats! Stronger than swords, but slower attack speed. Quicker than axes.
Base defense with barbed wire and wooden spikes.
