Dense Item - Matched to Compact_Items reference Minecraft Java Edition 26.2 (resource pack format 88)

WHAT THIS PACK DOES

Matches the exact shrink AND hand position of the original "Compact Items" reference pack (the old pre-modern-format pack, pack_format 9), rebuilt on the current item-model system so it works on 26.2 - but with the first-person rotation set back to vanilla's straight angle instead of the reference's tilted one. Scale and translation (where the item sits relative to your hand) are untouched from the reference; only the rotation angle was swapped to vanilla.

Everything else (inventory/GUI icons, ground items, third-person view of other players, item frames, head slot) is untouched vanilla.

HOW IT WORKS

Overrides the three shared base models nearly all items inherit from:

FIRST-PERSON VALUES (matched to Compact_Items)

generated.json : rotation [0,-90,25] translation [1.13,3.2,1.13] scale 0.3 handheld.json : rotation [0,-75,25] translation [1.13,3.2,-0.5] scale 0.3 (lefthand mirrored: rotation [0,105,-25] translation [1,3.2,0.5]) block.json : rotation [0,45,0] translation [0,3,-1] scale 0.2 bow.json : rotation [0,-90,25] translation [1.13,3.5,1.13] scale 0.3 thirdperson scale 0.9 (vanilla 1.1) shield.json : rotation [0,225,-5] translation [-5,0,-10] scale 0.4 shield_blocking : rotation [0,180,-5] translation [-5,5,-11] scale 0.5

Everything not listed above (ground, gui, fixed, head, thirdperson for tools/food/blocks, shield thirdperson/gui) is unchanged vanilla.
