Adds a fully functional sprinkler block to automate farm irrigation.

- Fill with water bucket by right-clicking (max 4 buckets), extract water using empty buckets
- Automatically moisturizes farmland within a 4-block radius
- Accelerates crop growth in range every 60 seconds
