Eis Angelis is an incredibly powerful moveset designed about speed and combos.
Run /function angel:give to get the moveset, certain moves have aerial variants, holding right click with your spear lets you fly, hitting an entity with a move will apply follow up, flying into an entity with follow up will cause you to explode for damage.
Your final item, Horn of Heaven, allows you to awaken, during this all your moves will be changed, including your flight, if there is an enemy with follow up in range you will teleport to them with follow up.
