Elytra Chesplate

Adds the feature to be able to craft elytra chestplates with elytra rendered too!

Adds an elytra chestplate for all tiers in the base game (It also renders the elytra model when equipped)

NOTE: You NEED the resource pack to see the textures of the item's textures + the actual equipment rendering.
