Ringebu Stave Church This time I wanted to recreate one of the most iconic examples of Scandinavian wooden architecture. The original church has an incredible silhouette, with its layered roofs, tall central spire, and beautiful combination of simple forms and intricate details. Translating all of that into Minecraft was a fun challenge, especially while trying to preserve its unique proportions and atmosphere. I also spent time choosing a location that would complement the build. Surrounded by green hills, forests, and distant snowy mountains, the church feels like it has stood here for centuries, quietly watching over the landscape. As always, I tried to include plenty of small details both inside and out, making the build suitable not only as a historical landmark but also as a centerpiece for survival worlds, medieval kingdoms, or Nordic-inspired maps. |
