ClearNight
A plugin that will enable or disable an infinite night vision potion effect for a player

As an op user, you will have access to:
- /clearnight
- /clearnight help
- /clearnight permissions
- /clearnight reload
(you can use the abbreviation 'cn')
As a regular user, you will have access to a single command:
- /nv
There are currently two permissions:
- ᴄʟᴇᴀʀɴɪɢʜᴛ.ᴀᴅᴍɪɴ (grants access to admin commands)
- ᴄʟᴇᴀʀɴɪɢʜᴛ.ɴᴠ.ᴜѕᴇ (allows the use of the /nv command, which enables/disables night vision)
