Pay attention:
I tested this script on 1.7.9 and 1.7.10. Some spigot snapshot doesn't support the special rocket of this script. There's no other issue but the rocket won't work on mostly 1.7.9 and 1.7.10 snapshot.
However, the rocket works on the last 1.7.10 spigot build (1649).
Apart the rocket, everything works!

Install:
Place this script in /plugins/skript/scripts
Open the file using Notepad++ or another text editor
Read and follow instructions in the first section
Restart

Commands:

/FH SetSpawn - Set the spawn point in case of void
/FH - Print script's info

Permissions are inside the script.

Hub Protection:
No Break or Place
No Explosion
No mob spawning

Damage protection:
Teleport to spawn in case of void damage
No pvp damage
Block any kind of damage

Fix:
Inventory lock : Players can't move items in the inventory
Teleport to spawn point on join
Custom join and quit messages (Optional)
Disable chat without permissions (Optional)
Custom chat format (Optional)

Cosmetic addons:
Rocket : thrown yourself in the air and trail your jump with rockets effect
