Better Arrow Recipie

This datapack adds a more intuitive arrow recipe because the original one never made much sense. The arrow's texture clearly shows a gray metal arrowhead, yet the vanilla recipe uses flint, which is much darker. While using feathers makes sense, they're a hassle to collect in large quantities. Paper could also be used, so this recipe feels more logical and much more convenient.
