Installation

1. Place the compiled NoteTools-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar or NoteTools-1.0-SNAPSHOT-shaded.jar into the server plugins/ folder.
2. Install Vault and a compatible economy plugin, and ensure Vault is properly hooked.
3. Start the server and verify the plugin loads successfully in the server log.
4. Players can open the request GUI with /notetools open.
5. Admins can open the management panel with /notetools admin.
