Dupes Returned

Per-block-type control over Minecraft's duplication exploits, with an in-game GUI. Paper 1.21.x.

Paper only exposes a single global allow-piston-duplication switch — all dupes on, or all dupes off. DupesPlus adds fine-grained per-type control for TNT, sand, rails, carpet, and the end-portal gravity-block dupe, all from one chest menu.
