Adds a new decorative and functional block: the Enderman Head. Just like other mob heads, it can be placed on the ground or mounted on a wall, but with a twist inspired by the Enderman itself.

When a player looks directly at the Enderman head, it activates and emits a redstone signal. Build clever traps, hidden triggers, or puzzle mechanisms that respond to being watched, turning the classic Enderman "don't look at me" mechanic into a redstone component.
