QuickDeposit

Run /deposit and QuickDeposit searches for nearby containers that already contain matching items. Items are deposited into suitable storage, starting with the nearest available container.

QuickDeposit never fills random empty containers. If no matching container is available or there is not enough space, every remaining item stays safely in the player's inventory.


FAST CONTAINER SEARCH
Searches tile entities in loaded chunks instead of scanning every individual block. Nearby containers are processed first.

SMART ITEM MATCHING
Use exact matching—including item metadata—or switch to material-only matching for simpler storage systems.

SAFE INVENTORY HANDLING
The hotbar and offhand can be protected during normal deposits. Equipped armor is never moved, and items are never deleted.

PROTECTION PLUGIN SUPPORT
Respects WorldGuard region access and GriefPrevention container trust. QuickDeposit never bypasses protected storage.

FULLY CONFIGURABLE
Control search radii, cooldowns, worlds, matching behavior, feedback, container types, and per-player overrides.

PER-PLAYER LOCALIZATION
Automatically displays English, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, or French based on each player's client language.


Chests, trapped chests, and barrels are enabled by default. Other types can be enabled globally or overridden for individual players through permissions. Double chests are recognized as a single container and are never processed twice.

Ender Chests are intentionally not supported.


EXACT
The material and relevant metadata must match, including name, lore, enchantments, damage, potion data, Custom Model Data, and other properties.

TYPE
Only the item material must match. Names, lore, enchantments, damage, and other metadata are ignored.

A container must already hold a matching item before QuickDeposit uses it. This keeps existing storage categories organized.


/deposit
Deposits matching items while respecting the configured hotbar and offhand protection.

/deposit all
Also includes the hotbar and offhand. Equipped armor remains untouched.

/qd info — Displays plugin and radius information.

/qd reload — Reloads configuration, player data, command settings, and translations.

/qd radius — Manages global and individual player search radii.

/qd container — Displays or changes available container types.

/qd worlds — Manages the world blacklist or whitelist.


QuickDeposit works completely on its own. Integrations activate automatically when the corresponding plugin is installed.

WorldGuard — Respects the CHEST_ACCESS flag and region bypass permissions.

GriefPrevention — Checks container trust inside protected claims.

LuckPerms — Resolves container permission overrides for offline players.

PlaceholderAPI — Provides placeholders for radii, cooldowns, matching mode, container availability, and version.

When several protection integrations are active, every integration must permit access before a container can be used.


Requirements

• Paper 26.1 or newer
• Java 25 or newer

Setup

1. Download QuickDeposit.jar.
2. Stop the server and place the file inside the plugins/ folder.
3. Start the server to generate the configuration and language files.
4. Run /qd info to confirm that QuickDeposit loaded correctly.
5. Place a matching item in a nearby chest and test /deposit.
