The Silhouettes Horror Mod adds 20 new creepy monsters to your Minecraft world. These dark figures hide in the shadows and follow you around as you play. You cannot hide from them because they always know exactly where you are. Some of them just want to stare at you from far away, while others will run after you the moment they see you. It turns a normal survival game into a scary chase where you always have to look over your shoulder.
