RedstoneClockDetector
A simple plugin to find areas of large redstone activity. The most common of which are redstone clocks.

Commands
/rcd start <time in ticks>
Starts the detector for <time in ticks>. Redstone activity is logged internally and compiled into a location list. Rerunning this command will reset the list and clear old results.

/rcd tp <number> [world]
Teleports the player running the command to the location listed when running the "/rcd list" command. If the redstone event is in a different world than the one you are in, you can add the world name at the end.

/rcd list [amount to display]
Displays a list of the top redstone activity locations. The default [amount to display] is 3.

/rcd reload
Reloads the configuration which only controls how big of an area is considered one "location". The smaller the area, the bigger the list, but you also get more accurate locations. The bigger the area, the smaller the list, but the locations are less accurate.

Permissions
The only permission for this plugin is " rcd " which defaults to OPs only.

The default configuration is

# Should the start and completion be broadcast

If a redstone event happens within 24 blocks from a previous location, the counters are merged together and appear together on the final list.

Issues
This plugin isn't very big, but there still might be issues. Let me know in the comments and I'll fix them as soon as possible.
