NoVPN is a VPN blocking plugin that uses this website, which constantly and daily updates their IP list to maintain and show most VPN IPs. This list currently blocks all big IPs and some smaller ones. Currently, there is no config. This plugin as of right now can only check up to 500 unique people per month, so it isn't as big of a plugin.

Commands:

"novpn.use" permission is required for ALL OF THE commands!
" novpn.bypass" allows whoever has the permission to bypass all filters!

/novpn whitelist <name | ip> - Add someone to the whitelist (novpn.whitelist)
/novpn blacklist <name | ip> - Add someone to the blacklist (novpn.blacklist)
/novpn reload - Reload the NoVPN plugin (novpn.reload)
/novpn <help> - See this page (novpn.help)
/novpn kickmessage <message> - Set the kick message (novpn.kickmessage)
/novpn removew <name | ip> - Remove a player from the whitelist (novpn.removew)
/novpn removeb <name | ip> - Remove a player from the blacklist (novpn.removeb)
/novpn blacklistban <true | false> - Blacklist a player when banned? (novpn.blacklistban)
/novpn bpardon <true | false> - Remove a player from the blacklist when pardoned? (novpn.bpardon)
