This plugin was inspired by my good friend @Gianluca . If you don't know who he is, he's one of the nicest people you'll meet here in the community. Anyways, all he does is say "o" and "oof" so, I thought we'd throw in a plugin for his hard work in the community. When a player with the specific permission node says "oof" in chat, it will send a fake lightning strike to all players on the server to show their dominance.
TLDR; Someone with permission node says "oof" it throws lightning to all players on the server. You can also specify commands to run when they say it via the config.
