I don't know my version or loader
Open the Minecraft launcher and look at the profile you play on — it names both, like fabric-loader-1.21.4. The version also shows in the bottom-right corner of the game's main menu.
No loader in the profile name? Then it's plain Minecraft, and these mods won't run — you need Fabric or NeoForge installed first.

📖 Description
Advanced Tools (aka AdvancedSticks) recognizes when other mods add materials such as tin and then automatically generates the rod and all tool combinations of it.
Features:
- compatible with materials of almost all mods that uses item tags
- 4.000 possible material combinations!
- all materials with different stats, properties & effects
- material types configurable
- JEI, REI, EMI support
- emissive textures support
- tooltips with all stats if you press shift over tools
