Instructions :
- Download the Plugin.
- Put in the plugins folder (ex. serverblabla --> plugins).
- Start the server.
How it works :
- Only player with OP or with the permission essentials.fly can be able to fly.
- Others players can't fly.
- When plugin found someone flying will spam in the console a message.
