Hey i have made this plugin by a request from: DDDDEAN and i made it a bit better then his request.
If you hold a block and type /blocklist add no player will ever be able to pickup that block and ofc i have a commands for the admin! Type
/blocklist override will allow you to pickup any block even if it is blacklisted.
Commands:
/Blocklist add - Hold the block to blacklist.
/Blocklist remove - Hold the block to unblacklist
/Blacklist override - You will be able to pickup any block you want
Permissions:
Blocklist.override - Gives you the permission to use the override command (default is OP;s)
Blocklist.Edit - allows you to add and remove blocks from the blacklist
(Default is OP:s)

#How much damge to do on players
Damage: 0.5
#How many seconds before warning and damagin them after first time (Seconds)
Timer: 5
#Remove the item if someone tryies to pickup an blocklisted item
