[Skript] Hardcore Prison {HCP} | The backbone of HCP

Hardcore Prison or HCP, is the backbone of HCP servers, the features included in this Skript does not provide you other features from prison plugins/skript such as plots, auto sell, etc...
Hardcore Prison only provides features to enhance the difficulty of Prison servers. Features added will make Prison servers difficult but not impossible.

If you are capable of skripting, you may customize the Skript to your liking.

Features:
- Enraged Cops | When attacking, chance to spawn in Enraged Cops that will attack anyone
- Negative Blocks | When mining, chance to give the person who broke the block a negative effect
- Hardened Block | When mining, chance to damage the tool
- Food Poisoning | When eating or drinking, chance to contract food poisoning
- Exhaustion | When mining, chance to lose Exhaustion, once you run out of Exhaustion, you will not be able to mine.
Exhaustion can be obtained via, over time or drinking an Energy Drink
- Life Points | On death, you will lose a life, once all your life points is out, you will be temp-banned for 30 minutes. You can gain back Life Points every 25 minutes
- Runes | Personal boosters
- Rest Mode | On death, you will be set in Rest Mode. If you are in Rest Mode, and you log out, when you log back in, you will lose 1 Life Point and reset the Rest Mode timer
{Make sure to set the Rest Mode point and After point by doing /setrest and /setrestafter}
