Planned features:
- Checks on armor and all repairs to check if there would be any items that would get repaired, and if not, don't do the repair (So a player doesn't waste money - Added in 1.3
- More configuration options for armor and all so you can set the "base cost" as well as a per item cost. For example, if I had 6 items in my inventory and did /repair all I'd pay $20 + $5 per item ($50 in total) This will also go along with the idea above, so if there's nothing to be repaired, nothing gets repaired and there is no fee.
