Description:
Ping any server using signs and show its current status or get a redstone output.
How to use:
1. Create a sign on a block. Put the following things on it:
2. Then right click the sign. (You need to be an op.)
3. After some time (max 30s) the server will be pinged and the status will be displayed on the sign.
4. You can even get a redstone output from it:
