Suppress Unknown Item (Fabric)

It's pretty common for mods to disable items via config or provide recipes for other mods which may not be installed. Since recipes are defined in data packs, this results in a big ugly error being printed to the log whenever a recipe exists for an item or ingredient that isn't registered. This mod replaces that error with a cleaner log entry and configurable log level ("DEBUG" by default).
