Update Regarding ALET and my mental health.

It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted anything regarding A Little Extra Tiles. Regrettably, I’ve yet to finish enough to post a new update. I’ve been rewriting the code for ALET for a few years now, off and on. I’ve learned a lot about programming since I started, and I always felt embarrassed and ashamed by my old code and wanted to improve it. But something I hadn't noticed until recently is that I’ve been lying to myself that everything is fine for a long time. I thought it was normal to want to distract myself when I got bored with something, even when it gave me so much joy at the start and middle. I thought it was normal to want to avoid any obstacle, even if it meant ignoring it. I thought I was losing interest because I'd been working on it for so long. However, these were lies I was telling myself continuously to keep me feeling normal and fine. No idea how long I’ve been telling myself this, but they had been becoming stronger and stronger truths in my mind. Avoiding friends, family, and responsibilities, sleeping in for most of the day, so many projects collecting dust, and I had to distract myself 24-7 not to let my thoughts in.

I may not be able to provide an ETA for a new version of ALET. However, I can promise one thing: I will finish ALET for 1.12.2. I am working with a therapist and psychiatrist now, and I am starting to see a slight improvement. It’ll still be a lot of work on my part to fix things and become who I want to be. Our plan moving forward is to have me complete smaller projects one at a time. ALET is definitely going to be a final boss in this situation. I plan on entering a mod for the CurseForge ModJam: Echoes of the Past because it has a one-month time limit, a good stepping stone. I’m sorry that this isn’t the type of update you’d want to get, but know I am not giving up, and please don’t give up either.

A Little Extra Tiles(ALET) is an Addon to LittleTiles. This Mod requires LittleTiles and CreativeCore to Function.
This mod used to be called LTPhotos.

The current version of A Little Extra Tiles (ALET) 1.0.23 is compatible with CreativeCore_v1.10.70 and LittleTiles_v1.5.58_mc1.12.2
With the Photo Importer, you can convert an image to Little Tile Structure. You can by default only convert images no larger than 98 by 98.

With the Typewriter, you can convert text and select font type.

With the Tape Measure, you punch to select one corner then right-click to select another corner. Press C while holding the Tape Measure and you can select the measurement grid, color shape, and which measurement as well as clear the measurement. Right now you can only make 10 individual measurements.

Lastly, Added a borderless Brick and Grout. As well as Borderless Planks.
