/npc addmsg <message> - Add a message to an NPC
Permission: npcmessages.admin
/npc resetmsgs - Remove all messages for an NPC
Permission: npcmessages.admin
/npc listmsgs - List all messages and messages ID
Permission: npcmessages.admin
/npc settitle <title> <subtitle> - Set title for an NPC
Permission: npcmessages.admin
/npc removetitle - Remove for an NPC
Permission: npcmessages.admin
/npc setcmd <message ID> <command (with the /)>- Set a clickable text who execute a command
Permission: npcmessages.admin
/npc removecmd <message ID> - Remove a clickable text
