Fixes the shipwreck generation for both beached and normal shipwrecks so that they embed into the world correctly and without typical bugs such as floating beached shipwrecks.
This also allows shipwrecks to generate into underwater flora which allows increased realism, such as generating into seagrass and having the flora generate onto the shipwreck.
