Horizon Cobblemon Modpack is a custom Minecraft modpack created for a dedicated server based in Australia, designed to provide an expanded Cobblemon adventure experience for multiplayer gameplay. Explore a world filled with new Pokémon additions, exciting content, enhanced progression systems, exploration features, and carefully selected quality-of-life improvements.

Built around Cobblemon, Horizon Cobblemon Modpack expands the experience with additional Pokémon species, new mechanics, improved gameplay systems, building enhancements, and server-friendly optimisations. Each mod and datapack has been selected to create a balanced and enjoyable experience for both casual players and dedicated Cobblemon enthusiasts.
