LegacyGUIs
Java mod listed for Minecraft 1.21. Downloads from the MC Java Mods app on Android.
⬇ Download on SpigotThis plugin will automatically recreate the GUI's for the smithing table, stonecutter, loom, lectern, and crafter whenever a player clicks on one of them, using a chest gui, allowing the player to fully use the block as well as a player using a newer client. It is designed to run on a 1.21 server using ViaBackwards to allow older clients to join, and it relies on ViaBackwards to tell it client minecraft version, so that every client only gets the custom GUI's if they don't have them, ex. A 1.14 client will only see the custom GUI's for the crafter and smithing table, since it already can use the other GUI's normally. I don't know if this would work on a newer server, so if you try running it on a 26.1/26.2 server please comment if it works or not by giving it a review.
Now this plugin generates a config, where you can disable individual custom gui's so that the plugin doesn't push that specific gui at all.
Loom
Stonecutter
Smithing Table
Lectern
I don't know if this is a problem specific to my client, but on my 1.12.2 client right-clicking or left-clicking a lectern with a book in it opened the book, making the lectern impossible to mine or remove the book, so in case anyone else is having this problem I included a custom lectern GUI.
Crafter
ViaBackwards already re-creates the crafter gui as a regular crafting table gui, and it technically works, but it doesn't allow you to disable slots like modern clients can, and that's an important part of the crafter, so there is also a crafter GUI.
All of these GUI's are designed for functionality and to be as close to the vanilla GUI of these blocks, and support shift clicking to send the output straight to your inventory or just clicking the output to grab it with your curser.
Comment any ideas for more things I should add to the config by leaving a review!

Loom
- Recreates the loom GUI in a double chest gui by telling the player where to put their banner and dye, and optionally a banner pattern. They then can select which banner pattern they wish to apply to the banner in the dye color, and then the output will appear and they can take it, consuming their resources inputted when they take the finished banner. This is also like the vanilla loom where you can only put a maximum of 6 banner patterns on one banner.
- Recreates the GUI in a single chest gui, with the first slot being the input and the slots to the right of it being available outputs. Supports shift clicking to convert all of the available input into that output.
- Recreates the GUI in a single row chest gui, with instructions on where to put each type on item
