Ore Yield

Ore Yield completely reimagines Minecraft's mining experience by replacing traditional ore generation with a configurable probability-based system.

Instead of searching for visible ore veins, you'll obtain ores by mining normal stone-like blocks. Every eligible block mined has an independent chance to drop one or more ores, creating a fresh mining experience while giving pack makers and server owners complete control over resource distribution.

Supports Forge 1.20.1, Fabric 1.20.1 through 26.2, and NeoForge 1.21.1 through 26.2.

How It Works

  1. Mine a supported host block (Stone, Deepslate, Tuff, Netherrack, and more).
  2. Every configured ore rolls independently against its configured drop chance.
  3. Successful rolls add their corresponding drops to the loot table.
  4. Fortune enchantments are applied automatically where appropriate.
  5. Experience is awarded for successful ore drops.
  6. Explore the End for a few surprises...
