Config:
*Custom messages.
*Custom Items.
*Custom time of countdown (Only minutes).
Commands:
/report <Player> -- Open the gui for report any player.
/reportlist -- List all Reports (ID)
/report <ID> -- show the report
Permissions:
- report.viw --> for see the reports
- report.use --> for to report players

- Filling a chest with colored glasses.
- Command to remove report by list
