I going to do updates for more vpns right now u can block the most famouse vpns like VanishIP , HostPotShiel , GhostClient , Etc.

antivpn.admin (Permission for all commands other than /vpn version)
/vpn reload (Reloads configuration)
/vpn whitelist add <username/uuid> (Adds a user to the UUID Whitelist)
/vpn whitelist remove <username/uuid> (Removes a user from the UUID Whitelist)
/vpn whitelist list (Lists users on the UUID Whitelist)
/vpn blacklist add <hostnameSuffix> (Adds a hostname to the Hostname Blacklist)
/vpn blacklist remove <hostnameSuffix> (Removes a hostname from the Hostname Blacklist)
/vpn blacklist list (Lists hostnames on the Hostname Blacklist)
