How it works:
If players are outside the border (e.g. 2500 blocks from 0,0) after a certain time (e.g. 5 minutes), They will get a warning (e.g 30 seconds) that their current coordinates will be announced in chat after the warning time has expired The coordinates will be where they were at the start of the warning so they have a chance to escape This will repeat after another delay (e.g. 2 minutes) until they are back within the border
The player will be able to see how long they have left by a bossbar at the top of their screen
