How do I install StaffOnline (Light Version)?

The Plugin: StaffOnline is very easy to use with only one easy command, the plugin is in beta therefore can have bugs, it is my first plugin hope you like.

Download the plugin Staff Online
Add into the Plugins folder of your server
Restart the server
Adds the permissions to their respective ranges
Disconnect and Connect to server
