KatzcraftTimer

This plugin is very simple, but it has all of the features you need for a timer!
-You can start or resume it ( /timer resume)!
-You can pause it ( /timer pause)!
-You can reset it ( /timer reset)!
-You can set the time ( /timer time +30/-30/30 (These are just examples))!
-You can create a countdown that goes backwards ( /timer countdown seconds)
-You can display the timer ( /timer hologram name)
-You can disable the actionbar message ( /timer toggle_display player)

Permissions:
-katzcrafttimer.timer
Every command has katzcrafttimer.command_name as its permission e.g. katzcrafttimer.pause or katzcrafttimer.resume. However all commands require katzcrafttimer.timer
