How to install:
/headdrop - With this command, each player can decide for himself whether his head (when it dies) should be dropped!
/globalheaddrop - With this command, admins can decide globally (for the entire server) if heads should be dropped.

Download Head at death
Put the HeadAtDeath.jar in the plugins folder
join server and run command /reload confirm or /restart
