This mod changes many of the basic undead mobs to drop Emeralds:
Zombie--Emeralds, rotten flesh, iron bars, carrots, zombie head
Skeleton--Emeralds, bones, bow, arrows, skull
Villager Zombie--Emeralds, rotten flesh, iron bars, carrots, zombie head
Husk--Gold bars, rotten flesh, iron bars, carrots, zombie head
Stray--Emeralds, bones, bow, arrows, spectral arrow, wither skull
Drowned--Emeralds, rotten flesh, trident, gold armor, nautilus shell
Whither Skeleton--Gold bars, bones, coal, netherite sword, wither skull
