This is a very simple and extremely efficient way of blocking the Dupe Bug introduced in Wurst, and has a very pretty config :3.
This bug was patched by @md_5 in the latest Spigot build, this patch is just for 1.10.2 and early builds of 1.11 now.
Implemented a notification system, it might not be called but in theory it should be called when the exploit actually works, and is prevented.
