Allow your players to view their own or another player's ping with one simple command, with permissions for each sub-command!

Commands:
- /ping | View your own ping,
- /ping <user> | View the ping of <user>,
- /ping reload | Reload the configuration file.
> Permissions
Permissions:
- myping.use | Ability to use /ping (given by default, to remove negate this permission)
- myping.use.other | Ability to use /ping <user>
- myping.reload | Ability to use /ping reload
