Allows minecarts and other configurable entities to travel long distances without the need to load chunks.
The travellers temporarily load and unload chunks as they travel between them.
Configurable travel times for minecarts so they don't load chunks forever, as well as a timer to prevent a single chunk being loaded for too long.
