[Fabric] Extended Armor Bars

Description
This mod does two things, and two things only:
- Allows the armor bar to go above 20, drawing higher values as a different colored layer on top of the previous layer.
- Adds a toughness bar that functions the same way as the armor bar, but for armor toughness (see FAQ)
This mod does not
- Change armor/toughness calculation or effect.
- Add anything that goes above vanilla toughness

A: Toughness reduces the armor reduction that occurs when taking high damage
