Coming Futures:
- private chat message between the staff and the ticket creator
- text + sound notifications

Commands:
Default Commands: (realtimesupport)
- /rs create <message> create a new ticket realtimesupport
- /rs status get the status of your ticket realtimesupport
- /rs help - help page - realtimesupport.help
Staff Commands: (if the player is a staff)
- /rs info - get information about yourself, amount of solved tickets, Avg Rating
- /rs tickets - tickets menu
- /rs status - see your assigned tickets
Admin Commands: (realtimesupport.admin)
- /rs staff add <player> - add a player to the staff
- /rs staff remove <player> - remove the player from the staff
- /rs purgall - it will delete all solved tickets that are over the 24 hour time limit
-/rs reload - reload the confiuration files (realtimesupport.reload)

because they can solve their own ticket and abuse the statistic system
