Binding Hands

Makes your hands stuck to items with the Curse of Binding enchantment. This change is an interesting add-on when playing on singleplayer and a fun twist when interacting with others on multiplayer.

This curse now supports being applied to any enchantable item using the anvil. Weapons and tools with Curse of Binding can now be found naturally spawning in loot chests.

How it Works

When you hold an item enchanted with Curse of Binding in your main hand or your offhand, the following actions are blocked:

• Dropping the item (Q key)
• Switching with the offhand (F key)
• Selecting another hotbar slot (mouse scrolling or 1-9 keys)
• Moving the cursed item away from its slot in the inventory menu
• Placing the item onto an item frame or an armor stand
• Equipping the held piece of armor

These blocks are done on the client-side to make it feel smooth but just in case people managed to bypass them, they are also enforced on the server-side.
