This modpack was intended to focus mostly on HBMs Nuclear Tech Mod, just because of how much content the mod adds. Other Mods like bibliocraft and chisel were added for quality of life reasons, but ultimately the focus of this modpack is building and maintaining large nuclear reactors. In multiplayer, ICBMs can be a fun tool for trolling, and encourages players to make heavily reinforced bunkers as opposed to building on the surface.
