Players in spectator mode will become a little transparent (gray) on tab list. That plugin prevents from becoming transparent, and all other players will see you as normal, even if you in spectator mode. That feature can be useful, when you want to spectate for other player, but don't let him know, that you are became spectator.
Of course it's compatible with any tablist plugins, cause it does not change player prefixes

Be aware
You will see your nickname transparent, if you in spectator mode, and only you will see that, other players will see you as non-spectator. I made it to provide ability to walk through the blocks, because spectator player list status impacts on your gamemode abilities.

Please also note, that this plugin does not guarantee full invisibility against cheaters. Players in spectator mode are still "visible" to hacked clients, with NoSpectTab or without. That plugin only changes the nickname in tab behavior. To stay fully invisible consider using something like SuperVanish.
