Well Now you can config the Health and Attack Damage of the Mobs when you go below Y-Level 0. Please config this to your hearts content as this is a fun simple project I made for pack makers to create a new challenge.
By Default the mod lets you set the minYLevel the maxYLevel as well as the healthMultiplier and damageMultiplier.
