VotingReplicator

What does it do?
It listens for votes from the Voting Sites and then forwards them to all the servers in the config.yml list.
It doesn't open the packets, so it doesn't need your key.
All it does is resend the packets to the list.



How do I get set up?

• Create a config.yml file in the same folder as the jar.
• List the servers you wish to receive the votes and the votifier port they are listening on
• Server Ip,Port

• Just run the Jar, giving it the listening port. It will assume the ip of the box.
• Command line example, assuming Voting port of 8192
  • Code (Text):

    java -jar VotingReplicator.jar 8192
• Run it in a screen session

Keys:
It doesn't need or accept your keys, because it doesn't open the packets. However all your minecraft servers that you are sending the votes to, need to have the same public/private votifier key. The same one that you give to the vote lists.

Note:
You still need Votifier with this setup.
It doesn't replace voting receiving software on your server.
If you want to run it on the server that your minecraft server is on, be mindful of the ports. If you already have Survival's votifier setup to listen on 8192, then the votereplicator can't use that port too.
One will need to change.

Some voting sites don't really let you move the port much, so I recommend using 8192 for the replicator. You can make your servers whatever, just make sure you update it in the config.

How to Stop the VotingReplicator:
Ctrl-C to stop the server.
