There is my new plugin named : Freeze (omfg very original)
So you can configure everything. You can allow to drop items/perform command if the player is frozen. You can throw snowball to freeze players.
Servers that are using this plugin :

Commands :
/freeze <player>
/freeze <list>
/freezeall
Permission :
freeze.freeze
freeze.freezeall

When a player disconnect :
It's okay ! You can use JSONMessage !
If your server is not compatible with the plugin you will have the following message :
And this one too for report your server's version (like that it can be added) :
But don't worry the plugin is still enabled, you just can not have the JSONMessage but this one :
If you want to modify something in the lang, dont worry you can. First if you don't have follow this steps before, the plugin's folder might look like to this :
Then if you want to change something just grab the file in the zip archive and put it into the folder like this :
Now just open it with notepad++ ant here you go, you can do what you want !

How to have JSONMessage ?
If you want to have this message enabled, you have to be sure that your server is compatible with the plugin. For know if the server is compatible, you need to check your console. If you see this message :
It's okay ! You can use JSONMessage !
If your server is not compatible with the plugin you will have the following message :
And this one too for report your server's version (like that it can be added) :
But don't worry the plugin is still enabled, you just can not have the JSONMessage but this one :
DONT FORGET TO REPORT YOUR SERVER'S VERSION IF IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE !
