How to use EnchantX
If user has enchant permission defined in .YML files inside EnchantX folder, when he/she enchant a tool or weapon (If the enchant is allowed in that type of tool), new enchants will be applied in the tool, you can define the max ammount of enchants in config.yml file.
To understand how enchant.yml works, you can open Default.yml. This file is not a real enchantment, it's a default file that explain every single option you can customize.

How to create a enchant: COPY a automagically generated .YML of ENCHANTS folder inside EnchantX plugin folder and modify it. It should be easy to read. There is no reload command atm it will be operative in next version.
