Prevent players from exploiting new duplication glitch with books & chunk save. This glitch allow to duplicate any item.
It basically block books that doesn't contains common characters, this check is trigerred when editing a book and when a book is moved by hopper.
This fix isn't needed ONLY if you have latest PaperSpigot 1.12.2 (from build 1589) or 1.13.2 (from build 451). Older versions of Paper are vulnerable.
All versions of Spigot are currently vulnerable.

- Put the .jar in your plugins directory.
- Edit messages in config.yml.
- Load plugin or reload/restart.
